On November 21, 2024, IABF Law Firm successfully held its first IABF Training Class #1 in an online format. The session focused on the theme: Labor Law Update: Analyzing 21 Key Points of the Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023.
This training aimed to provide legal practitioners, HR professionals, and business owners with a comprehensive understanding of the recent Constitutional Court ruling, which brought significant changes to Indonesia’s labor law landscape. The decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023 has introduced 21 key points that impact employment regulations, dispute resolution, and workers’ rights.
