Meidyna’s journey in the legal field began with her education at the Faculty of Law at Atma Jaya Catholic University, where she specialized in Economic and Business Law. She quickly made her mark in the industry, being recognized as one of Indonesia’s top Rising Stars by Asian Legal Business in 2020. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and foreign investments.
Before joining IABF, Meidyna held key positions at reputable firms, including a notable tenure in Singapore, where she played a pivotal role in significant cross-border transactions. Her experience includes advising on high-profile cases, such as investments by international fintech companies and overseeing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for companies in the plantation sector.
At IABF, Meidyna will continue to leverage her extensive knowledge and skills to provide top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele, which includes local and international companies as well as state-owned enterprises.
