Thareq Arraisy is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has massively involved in handling merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment, banking and finance transaction. Thareq also provided day-to-day advisory and contract review for the business operation of the retainer client. Thareq graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a concentration in civil law. Prior to joining IABF, Thareq worked as a Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at one of the leading E-Sport Company in Indonesia as well as an intern in prominent law firm concerning in Finance & Projects Practice Group. He also has taken the Indonesian Advocate Profession Training (PKPA).
Thareq’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled “Unraveling Carbon Trading in Indonesia Using Carbon Exchange”. Thareq has also assisted in preparing the material for on carbon exchange and green financing seminar.
