Malik Aufari Wirasakti is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has worked extensively to provide advice and handle civil and criminal litigation, labor, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment (PKPU) matters. He has also been involved in handling corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, debt restructuring, and foreign investment.
Malik graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a concentration in Criminal Law. Prior to joining IABF, Malik worked as an intern at a litigation law firm in Jakarta. He speaks fluent English and Indonesian as well as a little bit of Japanese. He also has taken the Indonesian Advocate Profession Training (PKPA).
Malik’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled ‘The Authority of Committee of State Receivables Management to Collect the Bank Receivables of State-Owned Enterprise/the Regional-Owned Enterprise’.
