Tubagus Bambang Chaeruman is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has handled a wide range of legal matters including general corporate, land acquisition, and dispute resolution (pre-litigation and litigation). Bambang is also experienced in handling transactions involving State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), including the establishment of SOE hotel holding company, divestment of SOE subsidiaries in relation to SOE debt restructuring, cooperation between SOEs and strategic partners including assisting SOEs in the partner selection process, as well as assisting SOEs in the preparation of studies (white book) from a legal perspective in relation to corporate actions and their implementation.
Bambang graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan with a concentration in Business Law. Prior to joining IABF, Bambang worked at a prominent law firm with a focus in mergers and acquisition, capital market, land acquisition and dispute settlement. Bambang is licensed to practice law in Indonesia by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). Bambang speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
Bambang’s appearances include acting as co-speaker in various webinars concerning mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and joint ventures.
