Emanuel Ganes Cantaka is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has been involved in advising on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, banking and finance, as well as employment and labor law.
Ganes graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a concentration in business law. Prior to joining IABF, Ganes worked at a prominent law firm with a focus in mergers and acquisition and dispute settlement.
Ganes’s publications include being an author of an article titled ‘Differentiating E-Commerce, Market Place and Social Commerce in The Proliferation on The Digital Space in Indonesia’.
