Nurul Hasanah is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. She has been involved in advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital market, general corporate and company law, intellectual property, banking and finance, as well as employment matters.
Nurul graduated from University of Indonesia with a concentration in civil law. Prior to joining IABF, Nurul worked as an intern at Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia (Indonesian Supreme Court) and at a prominent litigation law firm in Jakarta.
Nurul has also been a speaker several times in seminars on merger & acquisitions and employment topics. She has passed the Indonesian bar exam and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
