Clarissa Felicia Hidriani is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. She has been involved in advising on general corporate and company law, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, employment, and regulatory compliance matters.
She earned her law degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan, majoring in Business Law. During her studies, she was actively involved in legal research and writing and participated in various national legal opinion and legal writing competitions covering corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Prior to becoming an Associate, she gained practical legal experience through internships and legal research activities.
Clarissa is fluent in both Indonesian and English.
