Anugerah Hans Pebrinaldy is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has worked extensively to provide advice and handle litigation, arbitration, labor, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment (PKPU) matters. He has also been involved in handling corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, debt restructuring, and foreign investment.
Hans graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran with a concentration in Business Law. Prior to joining IABF, Hans worked at a prominent law firm with a focus in litigation and arbitration (under national and international rules).
Hans has also been a speaker several times in seminars on dispute resolution and collateral execution topics. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
