Stephani Dea Raissa is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. She has been involved in advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital market, general corporate and company law, intellectual property, banking and finance, as well as employment matters.
Dea graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a concentration in Business Law. Prior to joining IABF, Dea worked at a prominent law firm with a focus in litigation and arbitration (under national and international rules).
Dea has also been a speaker several times in seminars on merger & acquisitions and employment topics. Dea’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled ‘Indonesian Digital Sovereignty’. She has passed the Indonesian bar exam and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
