Mohammad Reihansyah is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has been involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital market, banking and finance, and general corporate matters. Rei is also experienced in handling transactions involving State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), including but not limited to assisting SOEs in conducting their company restructuring trough mergers and acquisitions as well as preparing studies from a legal perspective in relation to their corporate actions and its implementation.
Rei graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a concentration in business law. Prior to joining IABF as an Associate, Rei has worked as an intern at IABF.
Rei’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled “Unraveling Carbon Trading in Indonesia Using Carbon Exchange”. Rei has also assisted in preparing as well as acted as a co-speaker in various seminars on mergers and acquisitions and legal due diligence.
