Rangga Aufar Rizan is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has been involved in advising on mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, State-Owned Enterprises transactions, general corporate and company law, as well as employment matters.
Rangga graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with a concentration in business economic law. Prior to joining IABF, Rangga worked as an Associate at a prominent law firm in Jakarta.
Rangga has also been a speaker in seminars on Corporate Lawyer Starter Kit 101 held by ET-Asia. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
Rangga’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled ‘Differentiating E-Commerce, Market Place, and Social Commerce in the Proliferation of the Digital Space in Indonesia’.
