Rangga Aufar Rizan is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. He has been involved in advising on mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, State-Owned Enterprises transactions, general corporate and company law, as well as employment matters.
Rangga obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya and his Master of Laws degree from Universitas Kristen Indonesia, with a concentration in business economic law. Prior to joining IABF, Rangga worked as an Associate at a prominent law firm in Jakarta.
Rangga has also served as a speaker at the Corporate Lawyer Starter Kit 101 seminar and the Company Law Advance Class: Merger and Acquisition in Practice Batch V, both organized by ET-Asia, as well as the Training Session – Navigating the Legal Landscape: The Power of Legal Opinions, organized by the Atma Jaya Business Law Society. He has passed the Indonesian bar exam and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
Rangga’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled ‘Differentiating E-Commerce, Market Place, and Social Commerce in the Proliferation of the Digital Space in Indonesia’.
