Asep obtained his Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agriculture Institute (Ir., 1990), and Master of Management at Satya Gama University (M.M., 2003).
His main practice area is organizational and human resource management. Prior to joining IABF, Asep worked in a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in business of forestry across Indonesia for approximately 28 years. His last position was Corporate Secretary.
During his service, Asep occupied various vital positions in the company such as Head of Human Resources Education and Development Center, Head of General Affairs and Equipment, Head of Forest Planning Division, Head of General Forestry Engineering, etc.
