Alya Shafira Salim is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. She has worked extensively in general corporate law affairs such as foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, as well as employment and labor law.
Alya graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a concentration in business law. Prior to joining IABF, Alya worked at a government institution under the Ministry of Finance.
Alya’s publications include being a co-author of an article titled ‘Securities Crowdfunding sebagai Alternatif Pembiayaan bagi UMKM dan Start-Up Company’.
