Saminoe graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 1990, majoring in criminal law. Prior to joining IABF, Saminoe worked with other Indonesian law firm specializing in land and property law practice areas. Saminoe was involved in regulatory drafting of several condominium related regulations. Since joining IABF in 2008, he has assisted clients in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, mining, land and property law.
