Wahyu Suwanto is currently an Associate at IABF Law Firm. Wahyu assists in banking and financing transactions, especially vessel mortgage, and also assists in conducting legal due diligence in merger & acquisition transactions.
Wahyu graduated from Universitas Nasional in 2019 with a concentration in Business Law. Earlier, Wahyu already obtained his first bachelor degree with a concentration in English Language Teaching from Universitas Negeri Jakarta in 2009. Before being an associate, Wahyu served as a translator in the IABF Law Firm’s paralegal team for 7 years and he is a member of Indonesian Translators Association (Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia – HPI).
He has experience in translating various legal documents such as agreements, letters, litigation documents, and laws and regulations from English to Indonesian and vice versa. He also has passed the Indonesian Advocate Profession Exam (UPA).
