Wahyu Suwanto is an Associate at IABF Law Firm, advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment, and transactional matters. His practice covers corporate secretary, manpower, intellectual property, personal data protection, banking & finance, and real estate.
Wahyu regularly supports corporate actions, including mergers and acquisitions, share transfers, changes in board composition, and amendments to articles of association, as well as the review of commercial agreements. He also advises on employment matters, including the preparation of company regulations and employment agreements, handling terminations and statutory entitlements, and assisting in manpower inspections and industrial relations disputes. In addition, he has experience in secured financing transactions involving various collateral structures, and in real estate transactions, including the preparation of sale and purchase documentation.
Wahyu is a licensed Advocate and a member of Dewan Pengacara Nasional Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Nasional (2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (2009). Prior to becoming an Associate, he spent seven years as a translator in the firm’s paralegal team and is a member of the Indonesian Translators Association (HPI).
